The leaders of the Nazi Party committed some of the worst crimes known to civilisation; persecution, mass execution and mass genocide. During the war the allies targeted men like Himmler and Heidrich, who, because of their actions felt they could not be allowed to continue to live and breathe. After the war and the Nuremberg trials, the allies tried to forgive and forget. However a few would not let wartime atrocities lie un-avenged. They became the Nazi Hunters – tracking down and bringing to justice or death, Nazi leaders who had tried to hide in obscurity. So Peiper, Kalus Barbie and Eichmann met their ends. This thirteen part series tells the story of how it all happened.
